You have the option to use one of our contact forms to get in touch with us. For this purpose, we need your contact details such as name, telephone number, address, or email address, your inquiry, and any additional information you may provide to us, for example, in quotation requests, applications, or event registrations. In addition, the time of receipt of the request is documented. We use this data only to respond to your contact request as best as possible and in a personalized manner, and potentially to provide you with a quotation if applicable. The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in addressing your inquiry or, if your request is related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the necessity for the performance of measures precontractually or in fulfillment of a contract under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
4. Contact via Email
You have the option to get in touch with us by sending an email. For this, we will nec-essarily collect your email address. We will use your email address and any other vol-untarily provided data (e.g., first and last name) solely to respond to your contact in-quiry as best as possible and in a personalized manner. The processing of this data is therefore necessary under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR to perform (pre-)contractual measures or is in our legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
5. Contact via Phone
You have the option to contact us by phone. You are responsible for the content you transmit to us by phone. We recommend that you do not transmit sensitive infor-mation. Personal data will only be collected if you voluntarily disclose it to us. There-fore, you have control over what information you provide to us. To answer your ques-tions, we may ask you to provide additional information, such as your address, email address, etc. We will only collect the personal data necessary to answer your questions as best as possible and in a personalized manner or to provide the services you request. 6. Application for a Position via Email or Mail
You have the option to apply for a position with us spontaneously or in response to a specific job posting via the corresponding email address or by mail. In doing so, we will collect the data from your application documents that you send to us. We use this data to review your application. Application documents from unsuccessful applicants are deleted after the application process is completed, unless you explicitly consent to a longer retention period or we are legally obliged to retain them for a longer period. The legal basis for processing your data for this purpose is the performance of a con-tract (pre-contractual phase) under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. 7.2 Google Tag Manager

Microsoft Bing Ads On our website, we use conversion tracking from Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. Microsoft Bing Ads sets a cookie on your computer if you arrive at our website through a Microsoft Bing advertisement. Microsoft Bing and we can recognize that someone has clicked on an ad, been redirected to our website, and reached a predefined destination page (conversion page) in this way. We only learn the total number of users who clicked on a Bing ad and were then redirected to a conversion page.

When you click on a link to one of our social media channels, a direct connection is established between your browser and the server of the respective social media channel. As a result, the social media channel receives information that you have visited our website with your IP address and accessed the link. 11. Data Retention
We only store personal data for as long as necessary to use the services mentioned above and other processing within the scope of our legitimate interests. Contractual data is retained for a longer period due to statutory retention obligations. Retention obligations that require us to retain data arise from accounting and tax laws. According to these regulations, business communication, closed contracts, and booking docu-ments must be retained for up to ten years. If we no longer need this data to provide services to you, the data will be blocked. This means that the data may only be used for accounting and tax purposes.
